We are a family run business based in Northumberland. We currently own five properties in Durham.

We treat all our students with the care and attention that you and your parents would expect. Both our daughters attended Durham University so we know what is required to meet your expectations.

All our accommodation meets the current code of standards as set down by Durham Student Housing Accreditation Scheme. All our accommodation has Gas Safe Certification, Electrical Certificates and Energy Performance Certificates and all maintenance and repairs are undertaken by approved tradesmen.
