Secure Your Place with a Priority Tenant Group
Our new Priority Tenant Group system gives one group at a time the first opportunity to apply for each property when applications open in January 2027.
Each Priority Tenant Group will receive a free Holding Agreement, setting out the key dates, process and responsibilities of both parties. This provides clarity and reassurance while you prepare for the upcoming student letting season.
